Wrench Extension

When using a torque wrench, how will the torque change with a 6" extension?

what percentage of torque will be lost??

I'm going to assume, the extension mentioned is not going to change the length of the torque wrench, i.e. a standard 3/8 or 1/2 drive extension.

It won't change it at all....unless you are generating enough torque to actually twist the extension....highly unlikely in an automotive application.
